Wilder took so much time explaining details of the all new Terrain. This was my 4th Terrain leased from Burns and I hope to continue doing business with Burns in the future.

I was very well satisfied with the service I received and the friendliness of the gentleman that helped me, however, I am a little upset about the price I paid. First of all I paid over $3,000.00 for an extended warranty. When I called about needing a new key fob I was told that the price would be about $345. At the time I checked in I was quoted almost $400.00 and then at the time of check-out the price was $555.00. I was given credit with my rewards but then charged more because I used a credit card and ended up with a bill of $502.00. If I had known this was going to be the price, I would have thought twice about getting that replacement.

Even though it was not your fault it was annoying went car breaks and no parts available. Was not happy I get doubt charged and not one really response to me by email or phone. That is one of the reasons I stopped use Faulker service department. I do not like think that after I get my car services that the service department is to business to response after the service is complete.

The service was incredibly fast. I walked to the McDonald's down the road and got a cup of coffee. By the time I got back my car was taken care of. I have been using Burns to service the cars I buy there since 2012 and have always received excellent service.

It was timely and completed as described. Tito, the service manager was good. The only hesitation I have is the cost… always paying a premium for servicing at the dealership. Is it worth it for standard services???

Kevin my service manager was great. My vehicle was at the dealership for repairs for almost 2 weeks. Kevin tried to get me a loaner as soon as he could & once one became available he contacted me put me in car until my vehicle was repaired. I don’t think that was Kevin’s fault as the dealership should have more loaners available. Kevin was professional & clearly explained all repairs that were completed. Great job Kevin.

Service was fine. But I tired to get my car charged before I left. And they said I had to pay for it. When I leased the car the salesman said I could come anytime and charge for free when they were open. The fact I have to pay to charge after service is ridiculous.

I was at the dealership for an hour and forty five minutes for an oil change. This is not the first time, it always takes that long. For someone who is making an appt for an oil change you should be in and out the door within an hour. I’m contemplating not doing regular service maintenance here for this reason.

Not as great as usual. No discussion or written report of when to bring my vehicle back in for service, what's on tap next time.....disappointing as this has always been the case, bought the Yukon at Burns, only ever serviced there....

Oil change service and time it was done was perfect. The customer service of the rep was below satisfactory. While he didn't do/say anything to me directly that offended me, while I was sitting in the waiting room, he along with others were having a conversation about a woman's pet and he said he'd eat it, which I found crude. As I was checking out, he was carrying conversation with the other reps and not focused on me. it was very transactional and makes me not want to bring my car back there for service.

My wife is in themed stage of Alzheimer's disease, I am her caregiver and haft to be near her during this phase. I decided to buy a new GMC Canyon and searched on line to check it out. GMAC on line referred me to Burn's Buick/GMC in Marlton. I called them to ask if it was possible to buy a Canyon without coming to the dealership and have it delivered. They said YES and assigned Steven Swosniak to help me with the sale and delivery. Steven was delightful to work with and very patient with me on the phone. He made the process very easy for me and answered all my questions and completed the process quickly. He then delivered my new GMC Canyon by driving it 15 miles to my home and showed me all of the features an answered all of questions. Many thanks to Steven and Burns. Dave Jarrett
