The award is given every year to students of the Automotive Program at Camden County College. The scholarship recipients are nominated by the teachers in the program. This is the second year Ramos Johnson, an employee of Burns, has won this prestigious award. Ramos Johnson is the first Burns employee to receive the Scott Perini Memorial Scholarship. The award is given every year to students of the Automotive Program at Camden County College. The scholarship recipients are nominated by the teachers in the program. Ramos was the 7th recipient of a very special scholarship started in 2008. Scott Perini was a 20 year employee of Burns, who suddenly left this earth, and he is honored by Burns through this wonderful scholarship.

For attendees who purchased an Equus, Genesis or LaCrosse, Burns made a donation in their name to Jaws Youth Playbook charity.

Jennifer Patterson of Marlton takes delivery of her new GMC Terrain at Burns Buick GMC. She won a raffle led by GMC's youth football initiative and sponsored by the NFL. Her donation for seven raffle tickets benefited the Marlton Recreation Council youth football program, where her 9-year-old son, J.C., plays. Presenting the new vehicle is Burns co-owner and executive vice-president, Peter Lanzavecchia, center, and Mayor Randy Brown.
