The base Sierra 1500 Pro comes with 17-inch steel wheels, LED headlights, chrome bumpers, remote keyless entry, a tilt-only steering wheel, heated exterior mirrors, vinyl flooring, and cloth or vinyl upholstery. Standard safety and tech equipment includes a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a six-speaker audio setup (double and crew cab), lane-keeping assist, OnStar navigation and emergency features, and frontal collision mitigation.

The 2024 Sierra 1500 starts with the features of the Pro. It adds 17-inch alloy wheels, an automatic-locking rear differential, keyless entry and ignition, LED bed lighting, a power-adjustable driver's seat, heated front seats, heated mirrors, carpeting, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a heated tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel. Also standard is a full-color digital gauge cluster, a digital instrument panel, a 13.4-inch infotainment touchscreen, satellite radio, rear under-seat storage, two 120-volt power outlets, and two more USB ports.

The Elevation trim builds on the SLE trim with 20-inch wheels, cloth upholstery, higher towing capability, LED fog lights, and a single-speed transfer case for four-wheel-drive models.

The SLT trim comes with 18-inch wheels, chrome exterior touches, leather seating, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, an auto-dimming driver's side mirror, heated and power-folding mirrors, leather upholstery, a power-adjustable front passenger seat, driver's seat memory settings, and rain-sensing wipers.

The AT4 trim gets four-wheel drive, an upgraded suspension with monotube shocks and a 2-inch lift, all-terrain tires, a two-speed transfer case, skid plates, recovery hooks, hill descent control, and adjustable traction control. Other standard features include a spray-in bedliner, ventilated front seats with a center console, heated rear outboard seats, rain-sensing wipers, a Bose premium audio system with seven speakers, power-retractable assist steps, a trailer blind-spot monitor, a surround-view camera setup, pre-wiring for trailer camera view systems, automatic rear braking, a safety alert seat, a wireless charge pad, and power-retractable assist steps.

The AT4X trim includes off-road adaptive dampers, electronic front and rear locking differentials, a power-sliding rear window, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a bed-view camera, a sunroof, tailgate-mounted speakers, a virtual rearview mirror camera, a head-up display, adaptive cruise control, and front and rear parking sensors.

The Denali trim gets all the safety features of the AT4X except adaptive cruise control. It adds to the SLT trim with a two-speed transfer case (4WD models), 20-inch wheels, an integrated trailer brake controller, ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, a power-sliding rear window, a power tilt/telescoping steering wheel, a bed-view camera, a spray-in bedliner, side steps, power-retractable assist steps, wireless charging, a Bose stereo system, and three years of OnStar Premium.

The Denali Ultimate includes 22-inch wheels, a sunroof, a carbon-fiber composite bed, a head-up display, and a Bose audio system with 12 speakers.
